WFV ONLINE

Privacy and your information

This page describes how the current WFV Online service uses information. Contact Waterfall Valley Education at waterfallvalleyeducation@gmail.com with questions, corrections, access or deletion requests.

Enquiries and expressions of interest

The interest form asks for your name, email address, an optional message and permission to contact you about access. The submission is stored so the WFV team can reply. It does not create a learner account.

Learning accounts and records

Signed-in families can save child profiles, learning progress, written work, portfolio files and messages. These records are associated with the relevant account and child. Other families cannot open them. Staff access depends on their role; support conversations and any specifically assigned coursework review are separate from ordinary family access.

Cookies and saved settings

Essential sign-in cookies keep your session open until you sign out or the browser removes or expires the cookie. Some preferences and unfinished activity drafts are also stored in your browser. On shared devices, sign out when you finish. Clearing browser storage can remove local settings and drafts that have not reached the server.

Hosting and payments

The service uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure for its application, stored records and private files. Where a payment provider is offered at checkout, card details are handled by that provider rather than entered into learning activities.

Keeping, correcting or removing information

Saved learning records are not automatically removed when you leave a page or sign out. You can manage supported records in the Parent Area and ask WFV about an export, correction, account help or removal. Some requests need identity verification and a review of records that may need to be retained. Do not send passwords or PINs in a message or email.

For the separate learning project's enquiry form, see the project's privacy information.
